Fulfillment Policy for Think IP Systems Sales

This Fulfillment Policy applies to all sales made through the Think IP Systems website. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for our customers, abiding by the regulations set forth by major payment processors such as VISA, American Express, and Discover Card.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Timeline
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment authorization, customers will receive an order confirmation email including the transaction details, purchased services, and estimated delivery timeline.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Fulfillment: Once the order is processed, access to services (such as IT support, Hosted PBX, etc.) will be provisioned digitally, and instructions for accessing these services will be provided via email. If applicable, any physical hardware components will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. Payment Methods and Authorization
We accept the following major credit cards:

Discover Card
When making a purchase:
VISA: The name and billing address provided must match the cardholder’s information exactly. If there is a mismatch, the order may be delayed or canceled due to payment authorization failure.
American Express: The shipping address must also match the billing address for added security. American Express cardholders are subject to additional security checks based on transaction history and card usage.
Discover Card: Customers using Discover cards must ensure the correct billing address and card information is provided for a smooth transaction. Discover Card users may also be subject to random security checks.
3. Billing and Payment Security
To protect our customers and reduce the risk of fraud, we may employ several security measures during the payment process, including:
Card Verification Value (CVV): We require the CVV code for all card transactions to ensure the card is in the possession of the purchaser.
Address Verification System (AVS): Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. If there is an AVS mismatch, your order may be delayed or canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Digital Services: For IT support and hosted services, access will be granted within 1-2 business days after processing. Customers will receive login details, usage instructions, and relevant contact information via email.
Physical Goods: If the purchase includes hardware or equipment, items will be shipped via the method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times are subject to carrier availability.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
5. Return and Refund Policy
Digital Services: Due to the nature of digital services (such as IT support or Hosted PBX services), returns or refunds are not generally permitted once the service has been accessed. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will address any issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you encounter problems.
Hardware: Any hardware products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective upon receipt.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback with their card issuer (VISA, American Express, or Discover Card), we will attempt to resolve the matter directly with the customer before the dispute progresses. Think IP Systems will provide transaction documentation and other necessary evidence to the credit card companies to respond to any disputes.
7. Compliance with VISA, American Express, and Discover Policies
VISA Policies: Transactions will comply with VISA’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect customer data and ensure secure payments.
American Express Policies: We adhere to American Express' SafeKey program for secure online payments and support all required authentication measures to ensure cardholder security.
Discover Card Policies: All Discover Card transactions are processed following Discover’s security protocols, and customers may be subject to additional verifications for enhanced fraud protection.
